Honeybee Living sells custom-made phone cases, printed on demand based on your chosen design and device model.

Since all cases are produced individually:

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished products.

  • Final layouts may differ slightly due to device sizing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product we offer.

7. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (phone model, design selection, shipping address) are correct at the time of purchase.

We cannot modify orders after the item has entered production.

8. Custom Products

All phone cases are made to order. As a result:

  • All sales are final (except in cases of defects or damage).

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for incorrect model selection or change of mind.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or customs.

Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

10. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

11. Third-Party Tools & Services

We use Shopify to operate our store and may rely on third-party providers for payments, printing, or shipping.
These providers have their own privacy policies and terms, and we are not responsible for their handling of your data.

12. User Comments & Submissions

If you send suggestions, designs, or other submissions, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, or otherwise use them without restriction.

We are not obligated to maintain such comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond.
