1. Order Processing Time
All phone cases are custom-made to order.
Production time is typically:

2–5 business days for printing and quality checks
(Weekends and holidays are not included.)
During busy seasons, production times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, the typical delivery times are:

Netherlands & Belgium: 5–10 business days

EU countries: 7–15 business days

International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates provided by shipping carriers.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your region).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your address details are correct at checkout.
Honeybee Living is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address

Delays caused by incorrect address information

Additional fees charged by carriers due to address issues
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a new reshipping fee will apply.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.
If your tracking shows delays, please contact the carrier first.
If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer one of the following:

A free replacement, or
-
A refund
(depending on your preference)
7. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply.
These costs are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery:

We will send a free replacement if the issue is confirmed.
9. Delivery Failed / Returned to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to:

Wrong address

Failure to pick up from a pickup point

Refusal of the package
We can reship your order, but new shipping costs will apply.
