Return & Refund Policy

Honeybee Living

All products sold by Honeybee Living are custom-made to order. Each item is produced individually based on the design, device model, and finish selected by the customer. As such, these products qualify as personalised goods.

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products. This policy is consistent with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Australia, and other international jurisdictions.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights applicable under local law.


No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Products

Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect device model selected by the customer

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

  • Minor variations in colour or design resulting from screen calibration or production processes

  • Personal taste or preference

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If a product is delivered in a damaged condition, contains a manufacturing defect, or has been misprinted, the customer must notify Honeybee Living within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must be submitted via email to:
info@honeybeeliving.nl

The claim must include clear photographic evidence of:

  • The defect or damage

  • The complete product

  • The original packaging (where available)

Upon verification of the claim, Honeybee Living will, at its discretion, provide either:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund (cashback)

Defective products are not required to be returned unless expressly requested.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Honeybee Living is not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error:

  • The order may be reshipped upon payment of the applicable reshipping costs

  • No refund will be issued for orders returned due to customer-provided address errors


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted solely in the following circumstances:

  • One or more items within an order arrived damaged

  • A manufacturing or printing defect affected part of the order

  • An item was omitted from the shipment

All partial refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


International Orders

This policy applies to all international orders. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide additional rights, those rights shall prevail.
